"The cottage was in a perfect location for us. The town centre of Ruthin is within walking distance and there are many interesting destinations a short drive away. The cottage was clean and all the essentials were provided. The bedding and towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. There is secure off-road parking and the garden is fenced around. There is a tall step between the back door and the gravelled garden, but Ruthin is hilly so this should not be a surprise! "

With a young child, we ran anti baterial wipes over parts of the house and compared to other places it was much dirtier. We also had multiple spiders and a bee in the cottage which we were there. "The property was in a handy location to access Conwy, Llandudno etc. Rhuddlan itself has nothing much to recommend it except a walk down the high street and a nearby Aldi. After varying luck with hotels and apartments, we feel this was the best quality and value for money.
