"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. "We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Kenny and his staff, We had a day a Chester races planned and were struggling to get a taxi so Kenny stepped in to save the day and kindly took us in his car. "An extremely warm welcome set the tone for my visit, yea and cake to start off with. First class service delivered by the marvellous hosts. A very well appointed room and en-suite bathroom.
