"Had a quick 1 night stay on my travels. The rooms are small, but location is perfect for L line and also Union Station. They kept a large bag for me for 6 days whilst I was travelling elsewhere with no issues."

"Right in the heart of Downtown, bus within one block, train walkable. A pet peeve but no complimentary coffee, but good coffee in the walk up stand. very comfy room"

"Every thing was lovely we were well taken care of strawberries and Champaign for anniversary. Quite polite staff for most part. Check in lady not very nice and checking out lady not very nice. Sheets on bed were filthy and room cleaner refused to give clean sheets our whole stay. I had to use top sheet as a sheet."
