"Staff are straight face. Theirgreetings are too artificial, can tell that that are just doing their job, not really presenting the sincere hospitality greetings which a hotel suppose to be. May be there is a language barrier, everything I asked were reply with a "No, Can't do" manner. Hope the management can cosider improvement in these areas. "

"It was at a convenient location, just few minutes walk to Nishiki market and some major shopping areas. Lots of food options too. Room itself was clean and of decent size, quiet, and very efficient check in/ out. Also an onsite onsen is a plus. Would recommend it. "

"The hotel is clean and very near Dotonbori where we spent our entire stays. The room is small but enough for the two of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Staff tried to be helpful but had a hard time communicating. Anyway they are nice and pleasant. "
