"The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. "You cannot go wrong with this wonderful apartment. It is large even by Australian standards. It had very comfortable beds and a seperate toilet and bathroom so both could be used at the same time. There is no front desk but this is not an issue. Check in is via touch screen in the foyer and was very easy. Location is wonderful- safe and I think a classy part of Osaka. Transport options are about a 7 min walk and the hustle and bustle of Osaka is approximately about 5 minutes train or 20 minute...
