"Extremely busy hotel which seems to cater to large foreign tourist groups. Check-in was somewhat challenging. There are machines to scan ones passports to check in. However, the machine wouldn't properly scan our passports. One of the staff directed me to the checkin desk, after which they directed me back to the machine to scan my passport, which again didn't work. "The hotel is in a very convenient location with a few convenience stores, a grocery store next door, and walking distance from the train station. The staff we interacted with during our stay were very helpful. Bed and pillows were comfy. However, there is a smoking area right next to the entrance of the hotel. Although they have an automatic odor neutralizing spray, the smell may still be bothersome. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Osaka!"
