"Had a good experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near many eateries and Umekoji stat, making it easy to explore the area. However, there were a few issues. The air conditioning unit has a broken outer part, and the shoji screens were torn. Additionally, the Netflix stopped working after a few days. "Property a little dated but clean. It was located near the sights I planned to see in Osaka. I very much enjoyed my stay and would return again."

"We had a wonderful 4 nights at Hostel Familia. So nice to have 3 bedrooms with my husband and I and our two adult children. Everyone has their own space and privacy. We also so appreciated the extra support from our hosts in terms of pickup/drop off at the train station upon arrival. Highly recommend!"

"Very nicely maintained rustic atmosphere. We really dug the vibe of the house. The outdoor bath tub was awesome! I used it several times and it made for very memorable mornings in what seemed like a dream setting. The air conditioning units were adequate for controlling the temperature of the house to our needs. The washer/dryer was also a life saver as this stay was halfway through out trip across Japan and we really needed to refresh our clothes. There were several convenience stores in close...
