"The location of the hotel is excellent. Just outside entrance if Universal Studio Japan and near Universal Station as well. Many restaurants and Lawson just downstairs. Their check out timing is good too and they are generous with their toiletries. Direct limo bus from Kansai Airport too. Had an enjoyable stay there. "

"A good 3 minute walk from hotel to Kansai Airport T1 is a breeze, I’d booked a 74sqm family room for 3pax and should consider spacious and comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately not recommended for light sleeper, as the aircon flicking sound will constantly challenge your patience and make you wanna change another room. I have feedback to the hotel receptionist, they said they will send their men up to fix the noise issue. Hopefully the next guest can have a peaceful recharge."

"Couple of policies that shocked me a bit were filling in "again" a form asking for passport number and nationality while our passports were copied and the information were right there. They asked for credit card recording even room charges has been thru' hotels.com and when I questions they didn't explain well for sure in English and there is not even mini-bar in room. "stayed at their premier floor. enjoyed my stay very much. only disappointment is my room next door is under contruction which is inevitable; noise from the work starts from morning to evening. enjoy the vast buffet breakfast and happy hours. location is also easy access to metro and eateries. take their preimier floor package; you wouldnt regret. room is spacious and bed is comfortable. basic toilets is available in the room. additional toiletries are available at the lobby for self service....
