They helped me by calling the hotel and having it shipped there; it arrived the next day and only cost ¥400. Also, after we left we went to Okinawa for 6 nights, and only needed some of our luggage. "Situated approximately a brisk 10 minute walk from either Namba or ebisucho station, this was a convenient property. Rooms are small as appropriate for japan but comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a little tight. We had a fridge included in the rooms we stayed in which i dont remember feom the amenties which meant the property catered for all our needs. Staff were helpful and lovely"
