"We love the Citizen M concept of small but cleverly designed, comfortable, high-tech rooms and welcoming, hip public spaces. The Chicago location could not be better located, right on Michigan avenue easily. Walkable shopping in the Riverwalk. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff we encountered at check-in and in the breakfast and bar areas were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We came for a friends trip, booked multiple rooms, but always had easy comfortable spots to get together in the lounge. Lounge. Breakfast was $20, and much better anticipated. I have also stayed in the citizen M in London, and based on those two stays, I'd confidently book a Citizen M any time."

"Loved the ambience of the place. The shuttle was very convenient. Wish they had one for the concert venues in the area. Staff was extremely nice and attentive. Clean room and building. The area is fun if it wasn’t snowing I could have walked to some cute plazas. "

"The property has a unique architecture. The room feels like cruise ship quarters for space and CQ still does a nice job of making the space work to be effective and comfortable. Very friendly staff."
