"Koko Hotel was lovely for out first night in Tokyo. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and answered any questions we had with patience and kindness. The room was clean, had good space for a family of four, and comfortable. It was close by to lots of attractions, dining options, convenience stores and a park for kids (which was awesome)."

"Efficient checkin. Large twin beds was nice. Room very cramped. There was a very large wicker hanging chair that took up a ton of needed space and totally unnecessary. The walls in the room were damaged and the room smelled mouldy. Window does not open for fresh air unfortunately. More elevators required as often there was a wait. On a positive not the room was vault like quiet at all times which was a wonderful reprieve from chaotic Shinjuku"

"Gym is very small with only a few pieces of equipment for such a large hotel. I also asked for a late check out - 2hrs or less and the response was, yes, but at a rate of 5,000¥ or so. Ridiculous. "

"Great location close to shopping, dining and the Shinjuku station. Yes the room was smaller than the average US hotel rooms but I wasn’t bothered by it since I was hardly in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful and stored our luggage when our room wasn’t ready and even brought our luggage to our room. "

"Heard other reviews indicate that it is noisy as the train tracks are right beside the building. However I did not find it too noisy as I was on a higher floor facing the park. Any hotel near a bustling area and transport hub will have its noises. If you cannot sleep with bustling urban noise, trains running on tracks, noise from people on the park below, motorcycle/sports car engines, emergency services sirens, then this may not be a stay for you.
