"I like how this property offered breakfast and a large bath jacuzzi with our stay. What I didn’t like is how there was no key for us to access our room. It felt a bit unsafe knowing we can’t leave our room unless we call the front desk to open it for us. If there was a fire I would be very concerned with getting out of our room. Also it would be nice to not have to report what time we will be coming back to our room every day of our stay."

"Clean, excellent service and amenities, laundry room, healthy breakfast buffet, very friendly staff. I liked the music nights on Fridays. Less than 2 minute walk to Machida Station and surrounding shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. Definitely the best place to stay in Machida."
