Th resort itself is basically accommodation, restaurant, spa and pools. No large open spaces for little kids but Patong beach is across the road. "

I think the overall gripes with this hotel is the general cleanliness. The pool area and general surroundings need a regular clean. "Hotel needs to work on the breakfast staff especially cooking eggs timely after ordering. I tried breakfast once at Royal Phuket City Hotel and was so disappointed that I walked to the Marriott every morning for breakfast."

"Great hotel. Would stay again. The only bad point I’d say is that my room had a funny smell when I entered. I think it was because the shower would take ages to drain causing the smell. Other than that, was a great stay!!! "

"Free parking on property. Walking distance to nearby markets, dining, Thai boxing stadium, and a convenience store right around the corner. Pool is nice and next to a bar. Gym had all your basics for any workout. Streets can be heard in the room at night as this is near the busy part of town and walls are thin."
