"Liked the updated queen rooms. Roomy and comfy beds. Only cupboard space, no draws which was inconvenient. Breakfast was very good with a large variety. Ten pin bowling was good. Foyer large with free refreshments. Also stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with fridge and microwave. No cloth to wash up though or detergent. One bathroom and a glass door which is a bad design as the light shines into the bedroom very brightly. "

"This hotel was just amazing!!!! We booked a three bedroom villa overlooking the Andman sea. The villa had its own pool and a butler. It was simply incredible! We could order in breakfast to the villa or go to their restaurant which served a fabulous and generous breakfast. The spa and gym was also fabulous. Highly recommend the Como Shambhala massage. "

"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality.
