"My family and I got the quadruple room with 4 single beds. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. It is so close to the metro station which is about 5 mins walk. When we arrived there, they gave us a complimentary welcome drink. The room is massive with lots of amnetives and there are 2 toilets in the room for 4 of us. There are so much space to put our 3 big luggages and 2 carry on luggages. On the basement floor, you can use the washing/dryer machines to wash and dry your clothes....

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "

"The hotel is attached to Kyoto station so it is very accessible and the room was good and clean, plus the staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet was good too and close by is Porta where you can dine and shop. My only issue was the distance from the elevator to the room, supposedly the closest elevator was at least a couple of blocks walk, no joke, and my room was 19 out of 95 on the floor."

The receptionist helped me with finding a clinic for my family member who fell ill during our trip. She was really commendable. The hotel staff are all friendly. Our family room size was good enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Would stay here again if visiting Osaka"
