"Surprisingly roomy! I thought it might be claustrophobic, but this capsule design is full-height, and the width of a twin bed. The bed converts to a sofa, and you control the lighting and bed position using a tablet. Free beer at 16:30-18:30, free breakfast, full kitchen, washer and dryer make it very convenient. Staff were super helpful. I would stay again. I didn’t hear any noise or talking from people in nearby capsules despite being Saturday night. The only downside was that my capsule...

"Very conveniently located but at the same time just step away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist noise. Walking distance to Namba station and so easy to travel to other subway lines. Loved the staff who goes and above beyond to help me out. Yesterday when my wifii wasn’t looking, she quickly printed out the subway route even without me asking her for it. They are very polite and tried their very best to communicate and I really appreciate it. Will surely return and stay in this place...

"2nd time staying here. Staff is very nice and helpful. Sleeping area was spacious (I could kneel on the futon and my head barely touched the ceiling), bathrooms clean and well stocked. Very close to multiple restaurants and Shinsaibashi shopping street."

However, it felt somewhat crowded compared to my experience at First Cabin Roppongi in Tokyo, which I personally preferred. Despite this, the overall experience at First Cabin Nijojo was positive.
