"You will not find a more picturesque location in Gion. In fact, I suspect that directly out the front door might be one of the most photographed streets in all of Kyoto. As we would go out for the day there were always people having professional photos as well as doing amateur photography directly out our door. Only hiccup was instructions for controls/ washing machine unclear. Instructional pictures provided did not match actual machine and difficult to figure out.
