"This property was really nice and close so that you could walk to restaurants and stores. Very clean and quiet. Only two suggestions....1. Update pillows and possibly mattress. 2. New procedure to open gates and doors is a 6 digit code. This is to help with security. But kids has access to the grounds and also can reach over the door and open it without the code. Not as secure as it should be. "

"Absolutely beautiful and way past what we expected as far as the room and amenities. Highly reccomend The only downside to this property was the disrespectful other residents who dont realize a person younger than 55 can rent the same rental as them. Almost every time i went outside the apartment someone side eyed me and my wife and or made sly comments about the property being private. I didnt know i had to have my papers to walk around for the hall monitor residents. "

"We stayed 8 days in January/February. The views from this condo are not "breathtaking," so keep that in mind when booking, unless you enjoy looking at other people on the decks of their condos. It was in the building farthest away from the ocean and pool but nearest the road. It is a perfectly fine space and served as a good home base. It was easy to walk to the main strip of restaurants and easy to walk in the other direction to the farmer's market. Getting there can be tricky because traffic...

"The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly. "Really enjoyed our week here. Was a bit farther from shopping than expected thankfully had a rental car so not much of an inconvenience. In the reviews a few months ago I had read about the issues of the blinds and had hoped they would be fixed. They were not, so you cant open them or adjust them. The room with the queen bed uses the general bath and has a tv. The "master bedroom" has a king bed a private bath with washer and dryer but strangely no tv. There is a second tv in the living room....

"We loved our stay, mostly positive comments. The only problem was the coffee pot did not work, so we had to go to Starbuck a lot. I am 5 ft 1in tall, so the kitchen cabinets was too high, the bathroom sinks were too high. You should have a folding step stool in the kitchen. We will stay there again! "
