"The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly. Overall it was a very bad experience! Also we called Grand Welcome to...

"Awesome view!!! The only setback was the slow plumbing all over the condo. Didn’t provide a maintenance number to get ahold of someone. Other than that, excellent place! "

"Excellent unit. It had everything we could have needed. Very comfortable and nice location (if you want to avoid hustle and bustle of downtown Kona). There was A/C. Ceiling fans would have been perfect for the evenings without running A/C. "

"Really enjoyed our week here. Was a bit farther from shopping than expected thankfully had a rental car so not much of an inconvenience. In the reviews a few months ago I had read about the issues of the blinds and had hoped they would be fixed. They were not, so you cant open them or adjust them. The room with the queen bed uses the general bath and has a tv. The "master bedroom" has a king bed a private bath with washer and dryer but strangely no tv. There is a second tv in the living room....

"We loved our stay, mostly positive comments. The only problem was the coffee pot did not work, so we had to go to Starbuck a lot. I am 5 ft 1in tall, so the kitchen cabinets was too high, the bathroom sinks were too high. You should have a folding step stool in the kitchen. We will stay there again! "
