"Kona Outrigger was a fantastic hotel. From check-in (shout out to Michael for setting everything up) to check out, the hotel delivered. It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. You could tell that the hotel wasn't new, but it was keep very well and the grounds were beautiful. There were 2 pools, one for families and one for adults. "This unit is by far the best in the Kona Mansions complex. I stayed at another unit in the same building and there was not much of a view. "We loved our stay, mostly positive comments. The only problem was the coffee pot did not work, so we had to go to Starbuck a lot. I am 5 ft 1in tall, so the kitchen cabinets was too high, the bathroom sinks were too high. You should have a folding step stool in the kitchen. We will stay there again! "
