"The perfect property for our family vacation! We traveled with our adult kids and SO for 10 days over Thanksgiving. The condo could not have been more perfect! Comfortable couch and recliners. All the beach equipment you could ask for, big kitchen. And the best view on the island! From the lanai we saw dolphins, whales and an outrigger race. Pounding surf one day splashing onto the rocks up and down the coast. 2 king size beds along with a queen and twin gave everyone ample room. Very homey and clean. Hope to be back someday!"

"We had a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that had a full sized kitchen. The room had a view of the ocean, which was a bonus. It was convenient having the 2 bathrooms even though it was just the 2 of us. They have a washer and dryer in the unit. Plus, they furnish all the soaps and some lotion. The lania has a table with 4 chairs. They have daily activites you can participate in. They do ask if you would be interested in participating in their 90 minute talk for free stuff, since they are a timeshare property. They don't hassel you when you decline. Over all, we plan on staying here again. "

"Definitely will stay again. Love the spacious room. The full kitchen and the in-unit washer & dryer are awesome must-haves. Also, can't beat the free and easy parking (yay, no valet!). Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made great dining recommendations. Would love to see the property upgrade its flatscreen TVs to Smart TVs so I can stream movies and shows via apps like Netflix, Prime, etc. I made due with my iPad. Would love to see the gym/fitness center updated and upgraded. In fact, the last day I was there, they were in the process of remodeling the gym. I hope to return to have a chance to see the updates and work out! The concierge team can be a little pushy at times with tours and what I think was probably a Wyndham/Shell timeshare vacation membership. I didn't attend so I can't confirm that's what it was but it certainly sounded like a sit-down sales event. It wasn't mandatory, and I know they're just trying to do their jobs like everyone else, so I can overlook it. Hey, everyone's trying to get their bag so, no harm no foul. I didn't want to do any fancy tours or adventures, either. I was looking to do really chill, relaxing things, and just hang like a local. Overall, I had a great time at this place. I didn't want to leave. I had a very relaxing and carefree experience. Mahalo! P.S. - There are several cute and adorable outdoor cats (possibly wild?) on the property as well as geckos. Be on the lookout so you can try to take photos of them! "

"We had a wonderful time at this condo for the first half of our honeymoon. It was well equipped in the kitchen as well as beach equipment for our use. And what a view from the lanai! We hope to stay again on our next trip to Kona! "

"Amazing location, clean facilities and easy check in/out. Calm and beautiful resort and the view from this unit is out of this world. Best sunset on the balcony! We even saw dolphins!!! Master is spacious bathroom as well. Decor is very rustic and « vacation vibes » ! Would rent again in a heartbeat. (Family of 6) "
