"It was amazing to find the place and then we found it and it was in the jungle plants everywhere. It was absolutely beautiful and it was like a bed-and-breakfast so it was pretty nice. Coffee was good. Food was good and we enjoyed ourselves immensely."

"We stayed here 8 days. The place was very clean and nice accommodations. We liked that it was close the Kona airport. Nice location to go anywhere on the island from. Even had ocean views. The front bedroom has a window ac unit (though you rarely need it). The other bedroom has blackout shades. The unit has Jalousie windows (very common in Hawaii and tropics). We just opened them up and let the breezes do there thing day and night. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, plus they provided free...

"We spent a single night before leaving the island. It was perfect. Lovely, very comfortable, and well equipped for necessities like that last trip to the beach and some excellent coffee before catching a flight. The view from the lanai was magical."

"After having stayed twice before without incident, I had a misunderstanding with the host. On the positive side, this apartment has a nice, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and porch, and a large, but tricky to operate shower. On the negative side, the driveway is steep, and the parking very tight and limited. The towels smell of mildew. "The studio was private, clean, and offered nice amenities. You can tell a lot of care and attention to detail went into the place. The owners were very responsive. We felt very welcome when we arrived, finding a treat and local music playing.
