"We stayed at the suites located on the 35th floor with access to the lounge club. We didn’t enjoyed our times on the lounge because it was always crowded during breakfast and cocktail hours, the staff was overwhelmed, too many people. If there was access to a different lounge it wasn’t offered but we’d gladly had taken it. Too many kids, too many people stuffing their plates with strawberries or drinks. Unpleasant, loud, crowded"

"The breakfast buffet at the top floor was delicious and had a beautiful view! We really enjoyed starting each day with this. The room was quite small, but that was expected. The location was nice for getting around Tokyo."

"We loved the JR KYUSHU HOTEL Blossom Shinjuku. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and we loved the breakfast every morning to start our day.The location for us was great. We were walking distance to the trains to the Gotojuki Cat Shrine and bus that we took to Disney Sea. We walked to Shinjuku Crossing, Shabuya sky, gorgeous cherry blossom park and many surrounding areas finding great shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again! "
