Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We also love the breakfast buffet and the variety of dining options in the hotel. "Our room was small but quite adequate. Shinjuku area is flat and easy to navigate to and from train stations, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and some adult entertainment."

"Great location right at the center of shinjuku, just minutes walk to almost everything and so convenient to the train station. We arrived early and the receptionist let us checked in early. The rooms is a little bit tiny for 2 people but otherwise comfortable . Will definitely book this hotel again if I come back ."
