"Originally, I chose this hotel because of location, 8 min walk to our meeting place for our Viator excursion to Mount Fuji. Service, breakfast, and cleanliness is awesome. There is a 7-11 store towards the back/basement of the hotel, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Nishi-Shinjuku train station and bus stop. We booked Airport Limousine bus ($22 per person) as transportation to Narita airport, and pick up location is at Hilton Hotel nearby, about 1 block away. I will stay at this hotel again next time we’re in Tokyo."

It would be nice if they had onsite The kettle and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to go to reception to get tea and coffee. "

"This is my 3rd time staying at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel. I have enjoyed it each time. The staff were great and helpful. There is a Family Mart on the 1st floor. It is also within walking distance of Shinjuku station."

"The stay here was amazing! Welcoming staff, the food was delicious, and it was very close to the subway for my daily traveling. The room was very narrow, to where I had to position my luggage in a certain way just to have some walking around room. But space like this in Japan is common, so I can’t complain too much about it."
