"The biggest plus for this hotel is location, location, location. It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. A downside, at least in my personal opinion, is the checking-in process. There’s no such thing as checking in as much as one minute before 3 o’clock, and when one does check in it must be through a digital system that can turn a simple matter of getting the keys to one’s room into a protracted and slightly frustrating experience. All that said, would we stay here again if we were in the area? Probably."

"Good stay the staff were very helpful. The rooms are nice, the bathtub is deep and really relaxing with a full wet room. I spent most of my time in the room and would say it was enjoyable and had a nice view. Quiet at night too"

"Keio Plaza was a great place to stay to explore Tokyo. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast buffet had a really nice selection of Japanese and non-Japanese options, and the location was super convenient to get to Shinjuku station. There are also a lot of good restaurants close to the hotel, and even a 7-eleven on the ground floor."

"Century Southern Tower has been my first choice to stay in Shinjuku over many years, room rates permitting. Rates reflect demand at any given time and if they’re too high for me, I forego in lieu of a more affordable option in the area. Otherwise, great and perfect in all aspects, especially its central Shinjuku location."
