Is such a good location, near the mall, excellent for coming or going to the airport by Bus limosine service that makes it super convinient, the staff is very nice and open to help. I will stay here next time we visit Tokyo.

Great hotel
Stay was pleasant, room very clean and staff were all helpful and friendly. Love you can take bath bomb at the counter, and other toiletries. Will come back if visit Tokyo again!

I absolutely loved my stay. The room was so comfortable and actually spacious. The location is perfect! Very convenient. The staff was incredible, very kind and open to communicate in english even if they had to use the translator too. They even called a taxi to the airport for me, which was a huge help! The staff at this hotel are amazing. Helpful and very nice. They accommodated us as best they could despite our mistake of booking a wrong room. And they were understanding and did their best despite some language barriers. Would recommend!
