"This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, unfortunately a leak from the top floor impacted our stay as we came back from a day of touring and our bathroom was flooded. An offer of a reduction in our stay or a credit at the cafeteria attached would have been nice. The maintenance staff were quick to respond and were very polite."

"The location is great. Large contemporary hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. But no luggage racks. We set our suitcases on the floor. We were only there for a night so we’re not using the closets. Staff at check in and out were friendly. However during check in our daughter was in the lobby by our luggage waiting for us to check in and the lobby “guard” approached her asking her questions that were uncomfortable like she didn’t belong there. She’s 25, not a child and were we only 10 feet...

"Staff was friendly, the rooms a bit in the smaller side but comfortable and clean. They stored the baggage for me for a week while I went on to other cities. The location (La Gran Via) is the place to be in Madrid, very close to Plaza Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá y Parque Retiro among other attractions. Highly recommend. And the bar was excellent with tapas and beer and wine, we had an excellent time."
