Spectacular 5 star experience. Granted we paid for the upgraded rooms and service but it was worth every penny. Always available to help new travelers to Europe. Loved the recommendations help booking excursions.

Hotel Fenix Gran Meliá Is Your Home in Madrid
Excellent small hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Front door staff also great and helpful with taxis and directions. Highly recommended.
