"I love renovated industrial properties, and this one was really well done. We had a small apartment that was perfect for our group of 3. The neighborhood was really fun and it was easy to walk all over downtown and even out to the concert venue. On to the not so great part. Our flight was delayed and I sent the property a message through our booking site letting them know of the long delay. I also pre-registered through the link the property sent me, so they knew we would be arriving. Still,...

"The staff (from the online admin through to the reception and amenities staff) are all always so welcoming and helpful. Can be a little expensive at full rate but they often have offers and then the room rates are are not much more than local chain hotels - who cannot compete with the quality of the offer here nor the fact that you'll also be getting kitchen facilities for the price. I think the extra space and better layouts of the premium studios make them a better choice than the regular...

"Truly lovely hotel. Pool is amazing. Very convenient location for shopping. The only drawbacks were the extreme firmness of the bed and the really noisy elevator announcements that go on all night. I had ear plugs so wasn’t overly bothered by the latter. Kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and the coffee machine is a lovely luxury. "

"Absolutely loved this place. We had a one-bedroom with interior balcony that served as an extra sitting room when our son was using the sofa bed. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer worked well. (There are user manuals online for every appliance.) Staff is lovely and there’s always someone available. We were there nine nights, will probably be back. "
