"Nice newer place to stay and a great alternative to the other options in Gatlinburg. We wanted to be close to the park and in a quieter part of town which ticked both boxes for us. We unfortunately didn’t utilize the bar or breakfast options- the latter which I don’t think was communicated very well. We left early both days so it didn’t affect us either. The finishes in the room are super nice and the bathrooms are lovely! The doors are creaky so we got woken up when folks left real early...

"The rooms are nice and everything was clean and worked well. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The tent room where the twin beds are doesn’t get great air circulation so I’d advise adjusting your thermostat down when you get there and leaving the tent door open. Other than that we all had a very comfortable stay, with 5 kids ages 5-14 everyone had a great time. We will be back! "

"In room 1321. Both beds and pillows were terrible after 2 days our backs are still hurting. The sliding glass doors are terrible. When wind blows the howling wind around the doors is deafening. I packed pillows around them to quieten them. The light comeing under interior door is to much. All that being said i don't mean it as a complaint. We will definitely stay again. We both love it there. There just needs to be a little maintenance done. The place looks great as i remember it 50 years...

"It wasn't worth for the money we paid for 3 nights. The the whole house has oder smell. there weren't proper locks for berood and bathroom. there were not mirror in the any of the bedrooms. these are tiny mirrors in the bathroom. outside furniture was just gross/ nasty. Kitchen was a joke. there wasn't a hood /exhaust fan. toster had dust build up in it. pool table was falling appart. these was enough space but if you are going in gorup as couple it's not for you. the house need a lot of work....

"We loved the large size of our room for an extended stay. The balcony over the river was beautiful. Two things that were a bit of a problem...#1- we booked very early and thought we had a good rate. When we arrived, we found the rooms to be about half what we were charged on the Expedia site. #2- The luggage carts were not in great shape and one of them actually came apart. Luckily we had used a different one for the hanging clothes or there would have been a disaster."
