We saw squirrel monkeys daily from our balcony, and toucans, sloths, scarlet macaws, leaf-cutter ants, frogs, bats, and iguanas on the grounds also. "This property overall is amazing!! The staff were amazing in communication and helping with excursions. We were not prepared for the entire property living areas to be outside. The only thing inside is the bedrooms. The living areas are all screened in. Also, be prepared to navigate many many many bugs. It’s Costa Rica so that’s kind of expected but it’s a bit difficult to manage at times. The AC works amazing in the bedrooms! COLD!!!!!!"
