Did not like that the rooms were in need of updating. The bathtub did not drain well, bathtub was chipped and scratched, and the door on the fridge cabinet was broken. "

Everything was still nice, but the guests are very loud and I know people are on vacation so I gave it a pass . The food is always good. The service is always good. It’s always clean. "The hotel was great for our family of 4 and two other families that we were traveling with. It was a 15-20 min walk one way to Old San Juan and about the same distance the other way to the beach. The rooftop was a great place to wind down after a day out. And we loved that our unit had a kitchenette and large outdoor patio. The hotel also accommodated with a 2nd pull out couch for our two kids."
