"Check staff were pleasant but didnt give me any information on facilities, restaurant, breakfast times. So i had to go back and ask later. Room was nice and spacious, comfortable, clean and lovely bathroom. Gym was ok staying for one night, but ow split into two areas which feel cramped with 4 people in there. "It's a bit of a walk but the Six Bells is a great pub to visit. Quaint and historic with really good food. Staff there is good too. There's an old church and a beautiful park with walking trails as well. The location has easy options to get to the airport and train. Food at the hotel is excellent too."

"The long drive and grounds are beautiful. The lift was broken and no attempt to ask anyone to help me with cases and bags . The shower was great but the angle of spray kept flooding the floor so we used 3 towels permanently to soak up the water so we could use the bathroom and the fan was very noisy "

"Very comfortable bed, but the room was quite small, and the air con doesn't work!! Breakfast room very tired, badly needs a decorating upgrade!!
