"The hotel is walking distance from Terminal 4 providing ease for travel. The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was a great spread of food that gave us the perfect boost for our return trip home."

"Direct walking access from the airport is the best part of this hotel. Especially with other airport hotel which needs shuttle bus or taxi just to get to the "airport" hotels. Because we can put our large and heavy luggage at hotel right after the flight, we don't need to carry them in the subway/tubes to the central London. Room were very spacious so we can open 2 or 3 large luggage at same time in the room, which hotels in central London are unable to. Just 1 suggestion for the room is that if there are a refrigerator in the room, that would be great. Breakfast buffet was really nice and tasty, however the menu are the same everyday. If the buffet have 1 or 2 different menu(like pasta or something) then that would be great for the long term guest. But overall, it would be a great place to stay even for the tourist for London."

"Stayed a night before a flight the next morning. Access was easy via Gatwick Hoppa shuttle bus (pay when boarding) that serves a few hotels in the area. "

"Easy access to Gatwick airport via a mostly covered walkway. Room was spacious enough for our overnight stay and dining options were good. Garden restaurant wait staff were excellent."
