"Stayed for a couple of nights a few days before Christmas, so we could shop and experience the Christmas vibe of Canterbury. Hotel is in the heart of the town which is great.Staff were friendly and welcoming. My only disappointment was that they took a card on arrival, this was in case I charged anything to the room, £100 was taken, nothing was charged to the room. I called two weeks later to ask why this wasn’t returned, they said it could take up to a month. Exactly 1 month later the £100 was...

"Initially we had a problem with our room but the staff dealt with it very well and we were moved to another room. Overall we found the staff very helpful and efficient. Our first breakfast was in the spa and service there was slow. Eastwell Manor is a beautiful building in a beautiful setting. We felt our stay there was good but yet there were a number of things that could be improved on and managed more efficiently. It’s worth a visit though despite this. "
