"Does exactly what it says on the tin. On the seafront, 5 mins walk to the centre of town. Certain rooms have both sea views and a north facing balcony big enough to sit out on. Rooms on the small side but cosy and comfortable with a good shower. Good wi-fi. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Small first-come-first-served-after-1pm car park for guests, otherwise nearby municipal car parks of varying hourly charges (see Parkopedia). "I always stay here when I visit family. I think it's under new management and there has been some upgrading in the rooms, I noticed new bed, kettle and toilet amongst others. The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. "
