"They moved our time earlier on the ferries so we had to ditch one night in london so i booked this one on the photos and omg i should have run when another lady came out saying it was ok they didnt need it. I had a choice and picked the top floor. My hairs in my nose were burning . Toilet was sitting at a 45 degree angle and ask my hubby not to sit . I think i sleep 2 hrs all night. "I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."
