"Liked the proximity to downtown, while able to enjoy the beach. However, the rooms have thin walls. Very noisy neighbors and all sounds from their room and others in the hallway were heard very clearly and loudly in our room. "

"Unfortunately this resort had one major flaw. The chairs on the beach were broken and dangerous. I was hit in the head twice while sitting in these chairs and I wasn’t the only one. The chairs are broken, so when you sit, the back of the chair flies forward and the medal bar hits the person’s head. Hard enough to leave a lump. It really hurt. "

"This hotel is conveniently located near the Marina Vallarta so there are lots of options for shopping and dining. The property is beautifully landscaped and has a fantastic pool which looks out to the ocean. We had a panoramic room which had a fabulous view of the pool and beach. "Was just there with my family and we really enjoyed this resort. Our favorite part was the food! We felt the restaurants were really good, especially Luce and Sunan. We also enjoued ordering breakfast for room service to enjoy it out on the balcony while watching the whales play in the bay!"

"This was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. We were pleased to find the variety of food available, so we didn't have to always eat the same things (however some were so good we did). "We travel a lot and was apprehensive about this place because of some reviews but we were travelling with a larger group and decided to come and we were pleasantly surprised!
