The negatives we experienced were upon check in after a long day of travel you are pulled aside by “concierge” to try and get you into their version of a timeshare. "For a all inclusive it is a good property,not to large quieter than most all inclusive with know loud music playing all day and the food was above average for a all inclusive "

"5 star property, staff amazing and rooms very nice. Just keep in mind property is extremely large and have long distances between hotel and other amenities. The staff try to accommodate as best they can at all times with shuttles and there is the gondola too that is a necessity. If you can handle the size of the resort everything else is amazing. "
