"This place was amazing. Unfortunately we only stayed one night since they were booked for the other nights we needed. The views are amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were decorated nicely. It is a steep three block walk up the street to the hotel but it was good exercise after eating all the good food."

"The service alone is with the rating. Communicative and clear. Easy check in and check out. The building is a set of built up levels, about 6, from beach at the bottom to quiet back street at the top, with authentic charm and eclectic styling in each room. Getting between the floors can feel like a bit of an adventure designed by MC Escher, but you catch on quickly to the layout. "We normally stay at a full service resort, and tried this option this visit. It was great. Smaller, quieter and more flexible for a longer stay. The rooftop made you feel you had a private pool and BBQ area all to yourself. Would definitely recommend. The only downside was not having full service. Would definitely recommend."

"Room and bed were comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for the city, we were expecting much more noise. Breakfast was simple yogurt granola fruit and toast. We thought we would, but never used the pool because it was shady and cold. But very close to the beach and restaurants, even tried the restaurant, Kitty Cat, which I highly recommend! Roof top was enjoyable with a little view of the ocean. Place is a little dated but we assumed this. Was perfectly comfortable and affordable for our needs. "

"First off, I hate big shiny resorts. This building if rather old and is showing her age. If you are a resort/cruise ship kind of person, this may not be the place for you. The staff was super helpful whenever I needed anything. It is close enough to the Malecon that it is an easy walk down, but a requires a bit more effort on the way up the hill. The payoff is great views of Bay of Banderas. As many have stated, the beds are rather hard, but bearable."

"The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed at for 5 days was spacious with a big kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishes. It also had 2 large terraces for lounging and entertaining and a huge king sized bed in each bedroom with its own full shower and a washer/dryer. Everything you could ask for plus a living room and kitchen table. We loved it. We stayed at "Casa Mini""
