"We had a lovely stay at this property with our family and close friends. It was our second visit to Bucerias. We enjoyed the proximity to local shops, restaurants in the beach. "Such a great property. Amazing view from the upstairs bedroom. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. Effie and Francisco were great. I speak minimal Spanish but we got by. You will definitely get your steps in if you stay here. We’ve stayed in the hills before so we are used to it. Getting a cab is no problem though. We would definitely stay here again."

"The location was great. The area is safe. The gate attendants were so nice. Ride the bus/van from the main road down to the beach. Loved the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Grocery store close by. Loved the pool area. The house could use some updates and deep clean maintenance but overall had everything we needed. Property manager was easy to contact and responsive."

"Up front, you should know it’s an older property and is not shiny and luxurious. However, the staff of Gilberto and crew were great. Home-cooked meals and drinks served (you pay for the f&b, of course). It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the pool and beachfront are great. Again, pool is aged, but holds clean water. Our interactions with owner, Marcello, were also timely, fair, and accurate. "

"The staff is amazing!! We stayed with a party of 11, small kids and adults. The house is very spacious and everyone can have their own room and bathroom comfortably. There were a lot of stairs for the little ones to play on so we had to be mindful of that. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Chef Danny exceeded our expectations. Completely worth the money we paid for everything!"
