"Convenient location"

"The Novatel was very conviently located near the buses also very close to the tram. The hotel restaurant was lovley. We had dinner and breakfast and where very happy with the service and food. The hotel itself was a bit older than I thought but we where very happy with our stay."

"This is my go to for staying in Christchurch for work. Clean warm and great staff. Pricing is also great. Couple of the ground floor studios can be noisy but nothing ear plugs couldn’t handle."

"The hotel is located in the CBD which makes it very easy to access good shopping, food, and coffee. The room itself was comfortable and clean. In some places it is looking a bit tired and worn and could do with a refurbishment, especially the bathroom. Parking is available on site but costs 30 NZD a night, which seems a bit expensive since it's for paying guests. Despite some of these observations, we would stay here again. The staff were very helpful and made us feel at home."

"If wanting a quieter city stay only a 12-15 min walk, 8 min e scooter or 5 min Uber to Casino & city night life, don't look past Terra Vive. The spacious suites have everything you need and desire being tastefully decorated and immaculate...making some knowen bigger Hotel names knowen in the city a joke in comparison. The stay is topped off with such a great helpful, trustworthy and freindly host. "
