"Only issue was that the hot water was switched off and we hadn't been provided with any information about how to switch it back on again. We followed up with the owner once we discovered this and they were able to provide a PDF copy of instructions, which should have been emailed to us ahead of time but wasn't. This could have been remedied by providing a printed copy of the information onsite. Particularly important given there is no cell reception or wifi at the property."

"Booked here for the Christchurch marathon. Super handy being right in town. Only thing to be aware of is it’s entirely on-street parking. Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄. "This home is beautiful and very accessible to the town of Christchurch and surrounding attractions. My children loved the pool and the kitchen was very user friendly and spacious. The only complaint was that there were not many hangers in each room and limited towels. The showers leaked on the floor and we needed to use the towels to dry the floors and ensure they would be safe given that they were concrete and slippery when wet. "Lovely clean appartment. But parking was too tight. The kitchen was great but could be kitted out better with mixing bowls, chopping boards, scissors and paper towels. Loved the use of spa but temperature kept dropping. Couple extra towels for spa use would've been good. Overall a happy stay."
