"It is a great property for out of towners or contractors like us to stay, clean, friendly efficient, helpful staff/owner. simplicity at check in and out. Walking distance to shops (across the road) restaurants and pubs within 5 - 10 min walk. Parking outside your door. "

"The location of this place was great, and the staff were friendly. However the kitchen was dirty and had very few usable utensils or tools, the locks on the bathrooms didn't work, some of the lights wouldn't turn on, and all of the surfaces in our room were slightly sticky. Also, although I realise this isn't something the management have any control over, my children were exposed to language that I was extremely uncomfortable with from other guests."

"Stayed 2nights in private double. Late check in email stated room would be unlocked - it wasn't. Nobody answered the phone. We had to stretch in the window to unlock the door. The room stank. Really horrible old damp smell. Next day we were locked out of our room with our belongings inside "pending payment" - payment had been taken online already. Took 5 phone calls to get keys to our room sorted."

"Good location to centre. We were arriving outside office hours but they left a hand written note and map that we appreciated with the key. Private room was comfortable but outside walk to toilets and showers. Good hostel stay. "
