"After a long haul flight arrived at the hotel at 8am but check in was not available. Staff said come at 12pm and then 2pm but check in was done at 3pm. Staff not very helpful. Did not respond to emails before arrival date. Hotel is on a busy noisy street, windows are not double glazed. No coffee or tea facilities in room. Limited hangers. Overall hotel was basic quality. Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast had a good choice."

"What do you mean by amenities and facilities? Good hotel in very good location - Ipanema. My room was really well upgraded. Excellent breakfast, clean interior, my room was cleaned every day, towels changed. Bath gowns. Toiletries. Friendly, helpful staff. Good TV menu. Gym available, Beach towel. "

"This property was recently renovated. Although the room is small, its quite cute and it has Sugarloaf Mountain view. Sad that there is no bidet in their toilet but I will forgive them since their toilet is clean. I find the hotel price a bit expensive for a basic hotel like them. They should provide at least continental breakfast set for that."

"Clean room & close to a Metro station (Cinelandia). Other than that, there’s nothing open in surrounding areas. Good if you want to stay close to Santos Dumont airport."

"Nos quedamos en una suite. Muy cómoda, cama grande y para los niños nos acomodaron dos camas en el segundo ambiente. Muy linda y cómoda. El desayuno estaba bien, tenía una variedad aceptable. La piscina un poco pequeña. La ubicación uno de los mejores puntos. A tres cuadras de Copacabana o tres de Ipanema. Justo en el medio. Un hotel al que volvería"
