Place was up to date, well maintained. It was far from the beaches where I usually stay. But I didn’t plan on any beaches my 3 days I spent here. Only complaint is my room had an awesome view of the lake but, there was a loose manhole cover in the road that I heard cars hitting all night. I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from until my last night. Not hotels fault but lost a lot of sleep from it. Overall hotel was great.

This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers.

Perhaps it's a designer's viewpoint of what luxurious is supposed to look and feel. Impractical features that look expensive but don't really improve your comfort or convenience in any way and force you to call staff to do stuff for you. Use the bathtub? Well, everything in that room will be wet even if you're careful, and everything drains very poorly and slowly, so someone needs to come wipe and mop it all up for you. Maybe they believe an upscale clientele enjoys having service people around doing stuff for them all the time? I'd rather have well-designed, functional stuff that just solve these problems for you on their own. At breakfast, the staff is more worried about re-setting cutlery on every table rather than resupplying basic stuff that has been depleted for 10-15 minutes, e.g. orange juice. No trashcans anywhere in the lobby or halls. Are trashcans ugly? I guess I'm not posh enough and don't have someone on retainer to hold a little bit of garbage for me as I wait to check in or do something outside the room. It's all about the looks, it seems.

Quarto limpo e amplo com camas muito confortáveis. Localização excelente para quem vai fazer atividades no Rio Centro com fácil acesso para Uber e taxi. Bar agradável com boas opções de drinks ( destaque para o barman Diogo muito simpático e atencioso). Pontos que merecem atenção :,as toalhas muito ásperas e a grande lentidão na reposição de tudo no café da manhã tornando demorado o fluxo ( pq as pessoas ficam esperando a reposição para terminar o café gerando fila de espera para entrar) e gerando insatisfação de quem está tomando café e de quem está esperando

Bien aimé cet Hôtel , la chambre étais bien aménagé et avait une vue spectaculaire . Le déjeuner abondant avec du choix pour tous les goût à mon avis et le personnel toujours attentif pour vous faire plaisir. Un peu loin de attraction mais avec Uber ou Taxi vous serai servi . O hotel é bom, mas tivemos muitos problemas, incluindo o desaparecimento de itens dos nossos quartos, pois do meu quarto sumiu um par de brincos, e do da minha irmã, uma pulseira. Além disso, muitos problemas no restaurante, pois no início perguntaram se queríamos deixar um crédito para não termos que pagar toda hora a cada pedido, e deixei R$ 1.000,00, ocorre que a falta de comunicação e organização é muito grande, e fomos constrangidas no momento de finalizar a conta, tento que provar que deixamos o caução, um absurdo! E toda hora acontecia a mesma coisa. O café da manhã é bom, mas pode melhorar, fila gigante para conseguir uma tapioca, apenas uma pessoa para fazer tapioca e omelete para dezenas de hóspedes. A maioria dos sucos são artificiais, não gostei disso, e falta uma máquina de café, dessas que tem até mesmo em hotéis 3 estrelas. Os funcionários são educados, as camas confortáveis, os chuveiros são bons. Todavia, todos esses problemas, me fazem repensar muito se voltaria ao hotel. A vista da piscina é linda.

Hotel incrível!!! O melhor que já fiquei no Rio. Entretanto, apesar do café da manhã servir buffet de qualidade, não dão conta de servirvbem com o hotel cheio. Dependendo do movimento, o café da manhã fica um caos. Fakta reposição do buffet e os hóspedes ficam esperando muito tempo para se servir e alimentar-se com tranquilidade.
