"This property has a great location but doesn't mean that cleaniness should be sacrificed. This is an old building but it doesn't mean that the apartment shouldn't be up kept. The paint, the furniture, the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen, the toilet were all old and dirty. There was even a roach walking on the shower curtain. I've stayed at many small old apartments in many apartments but never like this one."

"The apartment needs serious updates if not a complete renovation. The microwave plug doesn’t reach the outlet. The kitchen cookware is rusty and bent. We found a dead roach in a tea cup. Black mold in the shower. The drawers in the bedroom were broken. A light bulb was missing and another one was burnt out. They left one toilet paper roll for a two week stay. "The building is well kept and felt very safe. Facial scan to enter and a 24 hour reception desk made it very secure. The website states an indoor pool but there is none. There is an “interior” pool, more like it’s in a courtyard, but it is not covered by a roof. "

"I rate this property as average because in all honesty, it's not shown as it really looks in real life, you'll be staying at the oldest building in the area, even though you're in the best area for beaches and restaurants, consider that you'll get what you're paying for. We had a misunderstanding with the check in so i recommend having your schedule well planned out.
