"This was probably the most amazing experience I have ever had! The highlight of my partner and I’s trip to Japan. The staff went above and beyond amazing, the food was the best I have probably ever eaten, and the private onsen and room were perfect. I cannot recommend this unique and perfect experience enough. "The town is lovely and the hotel is the perfect place to stay for an overnight trip, or even the weekend! Staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly, they offer free toiletries, even pyjamas to borrow if you forgot yours. "It's super close to the line to Hakone Ropeway! Also a great place. We went on a weekend and it wasn't really that packed at all. The onsens were super clean, safe, and relaxing. Not much chit-chatting like the ones in the US which I LOVED. It was perfect.
