"Hallways weren't vaccummed when we arrived, but looked like they were sometime in the following days. Room was clean, but the hot water was inconsistent and the pipes make a really loud noise during the shower. You can also hear the pipes from other rooms during the night. The elevators, the only way to the rooms, didn't always work and we got stuck waiting a few times for someone to allow us to use a service elevator. We ended up opting to walk down the stairs, 18 floors, when leaving the...

"A few reviews had mentioned the noise on the street and I disregarded them as I know what it’s like to stay in a city hotel. Well those fire and police alarms were louder than I expected. We had trouble with a toilet but the service to fix it was quick. They ended up switching our room. It was exactly what you’d expect to happen in that situation. Rooms are nice, pillows are thin. Convenient location but that means also busy. "
