"This hotel was very nice. Check in was easy and fast, and they let us check in early. It is a bit outdated but nothing to worry about. Bed and room overall was very comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. They cleaned the room daily and restock everything. There’s a cute little rooftop bar in the last floor, very nice. The area the hotel is in is 10/10. Close to everything and extremely close to a subway station. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I booked the Executive Suite for one night, in part because the picture with the listing showed two windows in the bedroom facing Manhattan. But the listing is wrong and the picture is actually from the Panoramic Suite. I was disappointed because the Executive Suite bedroom has no windows, I showed the front desk clerk the listing and they upgraded me from the Executive Suite to the Panoramic Suite so I would get what I had thought I was reserving. "I had a very relaxing stay. The hotel is located close to the subway and Moynihan/Penn Station. I love the lighting as well! My only comment is that the manager at the coffee shop was not the friendliest. He yelled at me when I was about to sit down on one of the tables near the cafe as the cafe just closed and they're going to disinfect the area. There should have been a more professional to talk to hotel guests. I was just waiting for friend to arrive. Otherwise, everthing else was great! "

There are a few minor things to note: elevator takes a very long time (stayed on the 15th floor), water runs out from the shower onto the floor even if you try very hard not to let it happen, lights in the room ceiling were pretty dim, and the noise from the city is not quite blocked out because of the window cooling...
