"Staff was professional, friendly, housekeeper was magic. Never saw them, our room was always cleaned perfectly and lighning fast. Bed and pillows were comfortable, a/c worked perfectly, shower had great water pressure and hot water, Dove shampoo and bathsoaps were great and a very nice touch. Excellent having cold fridge in the room and 2 waters daily was great. Hotel location was great right in central kl and walking to almost all. Hotel overall needs a little tlc and updating. Breakfast...

"The hotel is beautiful and well kept, in a perfect location, good value for money. Unfortunately it was very very noisy all night. Both corridor (rooms beep loudly when people come in and out) and music from outside the hotel. Not the best for sleeping quietly."

"the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag."
